Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and MOBOVER DİJİTAL HİZMETLER A.Ş. (“Mobover,” “we,” “us” or “our”) regarding Chef Loop, this website and related services (together, the “Service”). By downloading, installing, accessing or using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Additional store, platform or promotional rules may apply. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not excluded by these Terms.

2. Eligibility and guardians

You must be at least 13 to use Chef Loop. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms and supervise your use. You must also meet the age requirements of Google Play, the Apple App Store and any advertising or purchase feature you use.

3. Limited license

Subject to these Terms, Mobover grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to install and use Chef Loop on devices you own or control for private, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with applicable store usage rules.

Chef Loop is licensed, not sold. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• copy, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute or commercially exploit the Service;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• modify the game, create unauthorized derivative works, bypass security or access non-public systems;
• use cheats, automation, bots, modified clients, exploits or other methods that unfairly manipulate gameplay, rewards, purchases or advertisements;
• interfere with servers, introduce malware, overload systems or collect information about other users;
• use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively or in a way that infringes another person’s rights; or
• misrepresent affiliation with Mobover or use our names, artwork or branding without permission.

5. Progress, virtual currency and virtual items

Chef Loop may include coins, boosters, rewards, lives, recipes, cosmetic items or other virtual content (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items are limited, licensed features with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, property or services outside the Service and may not be sold or transferred unless we expressly provide an official mechanism.

We may balance, modify, replace or discontinue Virtual Items and gameplay systems for operational, legal, security or design reasons. Where consumer law requires a remedy for paid content, those mandatory rights remain available. You are responsible for maintaining device backups and store credentials; local progress may be lost if app data is cleared, the device is replaced or the game is uninstalled without an available restoration feature.

6. Purchases and refunds

In-app purchases are offered through Google Play or the Apple App Store. The store processes payment, tax, billing credentials, cancellations and refunds under its own terms. RevenueCat may verify receipts and manage entitlements, but it does not receive your full payment-card information from us.

• Prices and availability may vary by country, platform, tax and currency.
• Consumable items may not be restorable after use. Eligible non-consumable items or subscriptions may be restored through the relevant store mechanisms.
• Unless applicable law provides otherwise, refund requests are handled by the store through which the purchase was made.
• You must obtain the bill payer’s permission before making a purchase. Parents and guardians are responsible for purchases authorized through their store or device controls.

7. Advertisements and rewarded ads

The Service may display contextual or personalized ads through Google AdMob and advertising partners. Some ads may offer an optional in-game reward after successful completion. Reward eligibility depends on technical confirmation, connectivity and anti-fraud checks; closing an ad early may prevent a reward. We do not control the content or availability of every third-party advertisement. Report inappropriate ads to us with a screenshot and approximate time.

8. Intellectual property and feedback

Chef Loop, its code, game design, characters, artwork, audio, text, trademarks and other content are owned by Mobover or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.

If you voluntarily send ideas or feedback, you grant Mobover a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable and royalty-free right to use that feedback for any lawful purpose without compensation or confidentiality obligation. This does not transfer ownership of personal data covered by our Privacy Policy.

9. Updates and availability

We may update the Service to add content, fix bugs, rebalance levels, improve security or meet platform requirements. Some updates may be required to continue playing. Features, advertisements, purchases and online services may differ by device, country or version and may be unavailable during maintenance or events outside our control.

We do not promise that any particular level, reward, feature or online service will remain available forever. If the Service is discontinued, we will provide any notice or remedy required by applicable law.

10. Third-party services and links

The Service may interact with Firebase, Google Analytics, AdMob, RevenueCat, Google Play, Apple services and external links. Those providers may impose separate terms and privacy policies. Mobover is not responsible for third-party content or services beyond the responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and uninstall the game at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, fraud, cheating, security risk, legal requirement or protection of users and systems. Where practical and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability and dispute terms—will continue to apply.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect compatibility, error-free operation or preservation of local progress. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobover and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss arising from use of the Service, including loss of data, profits or opportunity. Our aggregate liability relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for Chef Loop during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. Where legally permitted, disputes are subject to the competent courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of mandatory protections and dispute forums available in your country of residence, including applicable consumer arbitration boards or courts.

14. Platform-specific terms

Apple App Store

For iOS users, these Terms are between you and Mobover, not Apple. Mobover—not Apple—is responsible for Chef Loop, maintenance, support, product claims and claims that the app infringes third-party intellectual property. Your license is limited to Apple-branded products you own or control and is subject to Apple’s Usage Rules, including permitted Family Sharing. To the extent Apple has any warranty obligation under applicable store rules, Apple’s responsibility is limited as those rules provide. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the applicable Apple provisions after your acceptance. You represent that you are not located in an embargoed country and are not listed on applicable restricted-party lists.

Google Play

For Android users, your use of Google Play and Chef Loop is also subject to Google Play’s terms and policies. Google may process transaction and account information and may provide relevant information to us to provision content. If these Terms conflict with mandatory platform terms, the mandatory platform terms control to that extent.

15. Changes and severability

We may revise these Terms for legal, security, operational or product reasons. Material changes will receive reasonable notice where required. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms; if you do not accept them, stop using the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
