Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Chef Loop is developed and operated by MOBOVER DİJİTAL HİZMETLER A.Ş. (“Mobover,” “we,” “us” or “our”). Mobover is the data controller for personal data described in this policy unless a third party is identified as an independent controller.

Mobover is registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry under number 380556-5 and MERSİS number 0622223267100001. Our registered office is Vişnezade Mah. Süleyman Seba Cad. No:79/1 Beşiktaş, Istanbul, Türkiye.

2. Scope

This policy applies to the Chef Loop mobile game, this Chef Loop marketing website, customer support and related services. It does not govern third-party stores, advertisements or websites that have their own privacy notices.

3. Information we handle

Chef Loop is not designed to collect your precise GPS location, contact list, photos, microphone recordings or files. If a future feature needs a new category of information, we will provide notice and request platform permission where required.

4. How and why we use information

• Provide, save, restore and operate gameplay and online features.
• Measure level balance, onboarding, stability, engagement and feature performance.
• Diagnose crashes, prevent fraud, protect the game and maintain security.
• Display, measure and—where you have allowed it—personalize advertisements.
• Validate purchases, manage entitlements and restore eligible purchases.
• Answer support, privacy and legal requests.
• Comply with tax, accounting, consumer-protection and other legal obligations.

Legal bases

Where GDPR, UK GDPR or similar law applies, we rely on: performance of our contract to provide the game and purchases; our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving Chef Loop; your consent for optional analytics, personalized advertising or device tracking where required; and compliance with legal obligations. Under Türkiye’s KVKK, processing is based on the applicable conditions in Article 5, including contract performance, legal obligations, establishment or protection of rights, legitimate interests and explicit consent where required.

5. Service providers

Depending on platform, region, release version and enabled features, Chef Loop uses or may use the following providers:

Firebase and Google Analytics

Google Firebase may provide hosting, database, cloud functions, remote configuration, messaging, installation identifiers, security and diagnostics. Google Analytics for Firebase may receive app-instance identifiers, device/app attributes and gameplay events to help us understand usage. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses or other directly identifying support content to Google Analytics.

Google AdMob

AdMob serves and measures advertisements. Depending on your region, consent choice, platform settings and ad configuration, it may process advertising identifiers, publisher identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, device information and ad interactions. Non-personalized ads may still use limited information such as content, approximate location and fraud-prevention signals.

RevenueCat

RevenueCat helps validate and manage in-app purchase entitlements. It may process device/technical information, last-seen time, product and transaction information, Apple receipt files, Google purchase tokens and an app user identifier. RevenueCat acts as our processor for Chef Loop end-user information.

App stores

Apple and Google process downloads, payments, refunds and store accounts under their own privacy policies and terms. We receive purchase confirmation and entitlement information, not your full card details.

6. Advertising, analytics and your choices

Where required, Chef Loop will request consent before enabling personalized advertising or optional analytics identifiers. On iOS, access to the Identifier for Advertisers is subject to Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission. On Android, you can manage or reset advertising preferences through device settings. Ad controls may also be available inside an advertisement or through Google’s advertising settings.

EEA, UK and Swiss users may be shown a Google-certified consent message for advertising partners and purposes. Applicable U.S. state residents may be offered restricted data processing or an opt-out from targeted advertising. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal, and you may still receive contextual or non-personalized advertisements.

7. When information is shared

We share information only as needed with the processors and stores described above; professional advisers; authorities where legally required; and a buyer or successor in a merger, financing, reorganization or sale. We may disclose information to protect users, investigate fraud, enforce our terms or defend legal claims.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define personalized advertising disclosures as “sharing” or “targeted advertising.” Where that definition applies, we provide the legally required consent or opt-out controls.

8. International transfers

Mobover is based in Türkiye, while providers such as Google, Apple and RevenueCat may process information in the United States, European Economic Area or other countries. These countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, data-processing agreements and supplementary security measures.

9. Retention and security

We retain information only while reasonably necessary for the purposes above:

• Local gameplay data remains until you reset app data or uninstall the game.
• User-level Google Analytics event data is retained according to our configured property period, normally no longer than 14 months, while aggregated reports may remain longer.
• Purchase and entitlement records remain while needed to provide restoration, prevent fraud and satisfy legal or accounting duties.
• Support correspondence is generally retained for up to 24 months after closure, unless a longer period is needed for a dispute or legal obligation.
• Security and diagnostic records are retained for a limited period appropriate to investigation and service reliability.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encrypted transport. No online service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Children’s privacy

Chef Loop is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without legally valid parental authorization. Where local law sets a higher digital-consent age, a parent or guardian must provide any required permission. If you believe a child provided personal data improperly, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know or access your data; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; receive portable data; opt out of targeted advertising or certain sharing; and complain to a supervisory authority. Türkiye residents also have the rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK, including learning whether data is processed, requesting information, knowing recipients, requesting correction or deletion and objecting to exclusively automated adverse results.

To submit a request, email info@mobover.com with the subject “Chef Loop Privacy Request.” We may ask for information necessary to verify your identity and connect the request to an installation or purchase. You may also contact us by signed written request at our address below. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when features, providers or legal requirements change. The revised version becomes effective when posted, unless applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
